In the weekend me and my mum made some instant pudding biscuits and they were so delicious I had to share the recipe with everyone.
Instant Pudding Biscuits
Ingredients:
12 Tbsp butter
1 Cup sugar
1 egg
1 packet of Gregg's instant desserts (any flavor)
1 1/2 Cup flour
1 Tbsp Baking powder
3 Tbsp Cornflour
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in the egg. Add pudding packet and remaining ingredients. Mix well and roll into balls WITHOUT floury hands. Bake at 190 deg. for 10 mins (If needed turn tray at 5 mins). bakes 22 - 24.

ReplyDeleteYum i have forgotten about these biscuits....they use to be a favourite in my lunchbox. Will be adding them to my list of baking to try. It is becoming a very, very long list, even though I have been doing a lot of baking.
What flavour instant pudding did you use in yours?

Thanks for sharing, I am going to make them this weekend and show my daughter, I am sure she will love them too! I will have to go and buy some instant pudding first!!
