Term 4 Reflection

Well, It's the end of the year again, that has come so quickly. Anyway this blog post is all about what we have done this term (this will probably be my last post for 2019).

We have done 'Writing to entertain' this term which was about writing different genres, here is my slide all about it.

We have also done some 'Readers Theatre' Which is presenting plays from the school journal books. Here are some pictures.

As you can see we have had a great term and a great year, so I guess I'll post you next year.

Top Team

This week on Tuesday Grey Main school had Top Team. Top Team is a series of challenges that we have to complete as a team. My team was number 15, I was one of my groups leaders the other leader was Ruby Rae wood. Each team got to do about 10-12 rotations, my favorite was a game and you had to (as a team) put on these skis and communicate to get to the other end first, the reason I liked it was because we were so good at it. Here is a picture of my team (I'm on the left)

My Term 3 Holidays

2 Weeks earlier for the holidays I went on a trip for West Coast football REP team. There was a tournament for the whole South island, there were three days worth of football. There are 10 players per team, 7 on the field, 1 goalkeeper and how the rest of the team goes is for the coach to decide. In my team were Ariston was attacker, Cooper and Payton were center mid, Luken, Stan,and Liam were center backs, and me for goalkeeper. I had a great time at Rolleston because it wasn't just football on the second day after playing we went to INFLATABLE WORLD!!! It was so fun there were slides, obstacle courses, and two castles that had a pole in between them them and you could wack people off of it. Overall I had a great time.

Literacy, Reflection, Week 5, Term 3

This week for numeracy I have done 'What are Fractions' K&L (know & learned) chart. This is what I knew and what I have learned after learning about fractions.

I don't think I know everything about fractions but I'm just a kid.

There once was a woman called Helga Reissmann. she is 50 years old and has 3 children. Her hair is blonde like a lion's mane. Her eyes are light blue like the sky. she is quite tall and thin. She has a silver bar in her ear with little balls at the end as silver as a star in the night sky. She Wears black jeans with a black long sleeve

t  shirt and a jacket over it. She also has square black glasses and a oval face. Her face colour is about this font colour.

Numeracy Reflection Term 1 week 10

This week for numeracy I made step 2 on 2 digit by two digit multiplication on a google drawing. This step is times the ones and the ones. Have you ever done steps to multiplication. I will soon post the full slide  of all the steps.
