U are What u eat

This week for health we did 'U are what u eat' and we wrote down what we had eaten the day before. We did this so we could take a look at what we are eating. Here is mine.

    Yay to you for publishing our health lesson. It also warms my heart that you are eating all those go foods and hardly any whoa foods. I do wonder what other members of your family might look like.
    I hope you found this exercise helpful in reminding you on just what foods do you need to eat.
