April fools!

This week I have made a piece of writing about April fools day we could make it up or it could be an actual story. Mine was a made up story, it starts with a normal April fools day story and has a freaky ending.

April Fools!

I was happily sleeping and I woke up to no sound, no one sleeping I
couldn’t hear anything. I thought for a second, how is this possible,
I got up and tried to open my door but it was locked, glued solid to
the frame. Okay I’m starting to get scared. Little did I know my
family were playing a prank on me , while I was as scared as a mouse
under a mutt’s muzzle. I went over to my window and opened my
curtains and… ah ermm, a normal day? This doesn’t make any sense.
I tried to open my door again and... open??? Wait ... what … how.
A smell of bacon and pancakes punches me in the nose, this can’t be
right. I enter the lounge I see mum cooking and dad on the couch,
good morning they say at the same time, I say it back. I slap myself
in the face hoping it wouldn’t be real, OOOWWW oh no IT’S
REAL!
