Task 2 | Mistletoe Bay activities

This is Task number two of our after camp tasks. We had to choose out of a list of things to write a definition of it. I have chosen the 'King tide', here is my definition.

  1. Kia ora Rhys. My name is Mrs Tofa and my class is one of the buddy classes for your class for the Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu programme.

This is a great and informative post. Where is Mistletoe Bay? When our school go on camps we travel to the Bay of Islands. It would be interesting to learn more about Mistletoe Bay from you Rhys. Also regarding king tides, they are a very big challenge for the people of small Pacific Island nations such as Tuvalu and Tokelau. Could be worth a read if you want to learn more about king tides.

    1. Hi Mrs Tofa, thanks for the comment! Mistletoe Bay is in the Marlborough sounds at the top of the South island. I might just go and check out those king tides in the pacific islands. Stay safe at home!
